Our new generation M-Bus metering Gateway, Elvaco Edge, is completely plug and play. By using the Elvaco mobile app you can easily install and configure your devices and with Elvaco EVO, visualize your meter data. 

Elvaco Edge communicates through the mobile networks using LTE-M and NB-IoT. It can read more than 1000 wireless M-Bus meters and four wired meters, and is compatible with all meters conforming to the M-Bus standard protocol. 

Our customers who have existing CMi-Boxes in field can easily exchange these to Elvaco Edge. By using the same mounting holes as for the CMi-Box, and the convenient mobile app - the exchange is done quick and easy. Simply start the Elvaco Edge and follow some easy steps to get the meter data delivered to you.

It is possible to connect any M-Bus meter (wired or wireless) conforming to EN 13757 (EN1434) and OMS. The installation is easily done through our mobile app directly integrated into the cloud. Elvaco Edge has an extremely high sensitivity on wireless M-Bus reception and will calculate and inform about the expected battery lifetime at its current configuration.
