CMe2100 LTE

CMe2100 LTE

The CMe2100 LTE is a state-of-the-art M-Bus metering gateway that can read data from up to 256 M-Bus/wM-Bus meters. The collected data is compiled into customised reports and delivered to a receiving system via the mobile network (2G/3G/LTE). The CMe2100 LTE M-Bus Metering Gateway stands out thanks to its maximum compatibility and easy configuration.

CMe2100 LTE M-Bus Metering Gateway for Mobile Networks

CMe2100 LTE is an M-Bus Metering Gateway for Mobile Networks with support for LTE communication and automatic fallback function (2G/3G/LTE). CMe2100 LTE reads up to 256 M-Bus meters, compiles meter data into customized reports and delivers it to a receiving system. The product is equipped with an IR interface which enables it to communicate wireless with other devices from Elvaco's CMe/CMeX Series. CMe2100 LTE is compatible with all other meters that use the M-Bus standard protocol. The product can be configured and updated remotely through text messages or HTTP, which means that settings can easily be changed without having to visit the installation site. An external antenna is needed for CMe2100 LTE, this is ordered separately. Different product variants of the CMe2100 LTE provide flexibility when choosing the maximum number of compatible M-Bus devices. No matter if only one meter or 256 M-Bus meters are read out with the gateway – Elvaco offers a practical and needs-based solution. The electronics of the CMe2100 LTE are safely housed in a robust, durable casing made of polyamide.  A big advantage of the CMe2100 LTE M-Bus Metering Gateway is that the device can be maintained and configured both on-site and remotely. A series of LEDs shows the current status of the M-Bus Gateway to ensure proper device operation. The green LED confirms whether or not the device is on, while the red LED indicates that there is an error when it lights up. There is also a yellow LED that shows the network status. If the device needs to be reset to its factory state, this can be done using the push button.

The CMe2100 LTE M-Bus Metering Gateway for Mobile Networks uses LTE technology to record data from up to 256 M-Bus meters from your infrastructure. The CMe2100 LTE automatically compiles this data into reports, which are delivered to a receiving system. To ensure optimal functionality, the M-Bus Gateway has an automatic fallback function. It is equipped with an IR interface that enables it to seamlessly communicate with other Elvaco devices. The possibility of remote configuration through text messages or HTTP is a particularly practical feature of the CMe2100 LTE M-Bus Metering Gateway. This means that the settings can be changed even if a technician is not on-site. The product has LED lights to indicate if the M-Bus Metering Gateway for Mobile Networks is working correctly.
