UK and Ireland are established and growing markets for Elvaco. A partner to us once said “Elvaco is not only a product, it is an expression in UK”. You will work strategically long term to maintain, develop and strengthen Elvaco’s position on the UK and Irish markets. You will be backed by experts from our headquarter in Sweden to give you the best prerequisites to succeed. It will be your responsibility to maintain and grow the organization within UK and Ireland. Your career and role will grow with the company. We want you to:  

  • Develop and maintain existing business relations 
  • Driving effective working relationships with stakeholders 
  • Identify and maximize new business opportunities and segments within the region together with our partners 
  • Plan and execute market activities such as exhibitions, arranging partner events etc. 
  • Personnel responsibility for new colleagues within the region 


We are looking for a commercially and technical skilled leader with an entrepreneurial drive to succeed. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills ensure that you are able to build trusted and collaborative relationships at all levels. First and foremost, you need a personal drive and cultural fit. We want you to have:  

  • Experience from leading region-wide sales organizations with a proven track-record 
  • Experience from setting up and executing successful marketing plans 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and general IT-skills and a structured way of working 



  • Experience within Smart Metering, Energy, BEMS, Utilities and/or Real Estate 
  • Experience within communication standards such as M-Bus, LoRaWAN and NB-IoT

Our partners are local and global service providers and distributors within the smart metering and smart cities industry. Our end customers are various utilities and real estate companies. In UK & Ireland the biggest customers are within the District Heating segment. 



Employment type: full-time  
Salary: Monthly salary with fixed and performance-based parts, 6 weeks paid vacation. 
Location: Flexible within UK. Travelling will be required.
