Disturbances on the Elvaco.evo platform regarding NB-IoT Devices.

There have been disturbances on the Elvaco.evo platform regarding NB-IoT devices since 2022-09-15 16.00 – 2022-09-16 08.00.

Currently sensor values within this time interval might be missing in the platform. Devices will automatically resend missing values to elvaco.evo. Due to back off settings within device software full recovery in most cases will take 12-24 hours. Now an internal process will take place to identify the reason and how this can be avoided in the future.
